PLA 112 — Legal Research and Writing
This course will provide students with an understanding of the functions of the law library and will assist them in developing their research skills through the use of digests, encyclopedias, reporter systems, practice manuals, and video presentations. Students will be required to participate in the drafting of special research projects, the preparation of legal memoranda, and the preparation of pleadings.
