PLA 242 — Estates, Wills and Trusts
This course includes study of wills and trusts, and a survey of the fundamental principles of law applicable to each, study of the organization and jurisdiction of the surrogates court, detailed analysis of the administration of estates, and a review of estate and inheritance taxes applicable to such estates.
