SOC 144 — Introduction to Sociology
This course involves an introduction to the scientific study of human society and social behavior. Emphasis is on the topics of: the sociological imagination/ perspective; culture and society; socialization; groups and organizations; deviance; social stratification; basic social institutions and social change.
