Pre-Veterinary Medicine
The following course sequence includes offerings that meet all requirements for the 64 credit-hour Associate in Science (AS) Degree (specific requirements are listed on the AS Degree Worksheet on page 132-133). Students planning to pursue a career in veterinary medicine should complete the AS Degree; in addition, it is suggested that they complete other courses in the sequence. It is important that students pursuing this area of study contact the four-year college or university to which they plan to transfer, and the professional school they plan to attend, as specific requirements vary among institutions.
