MHT204 — Behavioral, Psychological and Rehabilitation Intervention Models

This course provides an overview of the history, philosophy, legislation, organizational structure, and trends in intervention models. Students will explore cultural, social, and environmental barriers to the inclusion of people with disabilities. Students will learn how to properly establish rapport, communicate effectively and respectfully, and work collaboratively with clients to support recovery.

Prerequisites: MHT101, COM104, COM105
