MHT205 — Trauma and Resiliency
This course examines the impact of trauma on individuals, families, and communities. Students will explore the processes of resilience including grieving and growth. Cultural influences, ethical issues, social services, and theories of helping will be emphasized as students work towards becoming resources for survivors.
