ENG 88A6 — Intensive Reading
A pre-freshman course, this is a continuation of the reading component of ENG 92A6 for six weeks of instruction in either the Summer of Winter. The focus is on the development of critical reading and thinking abilities through instruction and intensive practice in vocabulary and comprehension. Interdisciplinary materials are read and analyzed in preparation for the required readings assigned in typical college courses. Students will retake the Department and University reading measures.
