BIO201 — Biology Principles I
BIO 201 - Biology Principles I BIO 201 - Biology Principles I Lab: 3 hours of lab per week. This course is the first of a two-semester sequence intended for pre-professional students and those majoring in the Biological Sciences. This course explores biological function at the molecular and cellular level. Topics include basic chemistry and thermodynamics, the relationship between molecular and cellular form and function, basic metabolism and physiology, biological information flow, genetics, biotechnology, and the structure and evolution of genomes.
