BTM 110 — Business Law I
This course begins by introducing students to some basic aspects of the American legal system, including the courts, tort law and criminal law. It proceeds to an in-depth exploration of the law of contracts, from their formation to their enforceability in court. Other topics include employment law, bankruptcy law and legal problems posed by the computerizatio of society.
