BTP 204 — Legal Research and Writing
In this course students learn how to find answers to a broad range of law-related questions. They develop skills using both the resources of the law library and computerized research tools such as Lexis/Nexis. Much attention is also given to essential writing skills and the preparation of legal memoranda and documents.
