BTT 212 — Customer Service and Sales

This is the capstone course. The course focuses on customer service and sales in the hospitality industry. Students focus on techniques that enhance sales and create loyal customers. Students will prepare a comprehensive, industry-based research project. The project requires students to connect with industry professionals, as well as conduct scholarly research, to address a current hospitality customer service issue.
