BTT 233 — Hospitality Industry Project
This course provides students with a project-based co-curricular experience. Students partner with hospitality industry professionals to complete a project, such as developing a social media campaign, planning a community event, or conducting customer satisfaction surveys. The pre-approved project should advance the student's career goals while providing a necessary service for the organization or community. Students will complete a project timeline, progress reports, and implementation plan.
