This course introduces students to the scientific and behavioral foundations of physical activity and exercise. Students explore physiological, psychological, and environmental factors that influence movement and health. Through self-assessments, reflections, and an applied final project, students develop the knowledge and skills to support lifelong physical activity and wellness.
