HUC 117 — Communication and Technology
This course is an introduction to the various social, political, cultural, and economic impacts of new communication technologies on human communication. The course explores how communication technologies allow us to build, maintain, or terminate communities and relationships in our everyday lives. Students will use communication technologies to participate in class discussions and to present original research about the impact of communication technology on human communication.CUNY Pathways: Flexible Core-Individual & Society
