SSJ 201 — Criminology
This course explores the nature, causes and treatment of behavior defined as criminal with an emphasis on classical and contemporary theories. The biological, social, psychogical and environmental theories underlying crime and deviance are explored, as well as current approaches to punishment, treatment and prevention.
