This course provides a comprehensive review of Illinois Cosmetology Act, Rules and Regulations° Emphasi°ing legal responsibilities, licensure requirements and professional ethics. Students will engage in a comprehensive review of the curriculum and prepare for the Illinois State Board written exam°
