60 2025-26 College Catalog and Student Handbook www.lbwcc.edu 2 to 4 Transfer Program The Alabama Community College System’s 2 to 4 Transfer Program allows for the seamless transfer from the community college to selected independent colleges in Alabama. The transfer agreement will guide the student through the first two years of coursework and will prevent the loss of credit hours upon transfer to the selected independent four year colleges and universities in Alabama. Students who are interested in receiving a 2 to 4 Transfer Program Guide should visit the Alabama Community College System website at http://www.accs.edu and click on “Academics.” Suggested Programs of Study for the Associate in Arts and the Associate in Science Degrees Students pursuing an Associate in Arts or an Associate in Science degree may choose from the possible majors listed below.
