BAS410A — GED/ ABE
This Adult Basic Education class is designed for students who are lacking in basic skills. In the reading component word recognition, structural analysis, vocabulary, and main idea are stressed. The writing component includes sentence and paragraph structure and application of basic grammar rules. Computation and mathematical applications of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals are taught. Geometric algebraic concepts are incorporated into the curriculum. Courses are open enrollment. Section hours may vary.
