BAS413G — ESL/Civics
This entry-level course will include conversation skills as well as basic grammar, vocabulary, history, and civics lessons. The civics/citizenship component will be comprised of the following: emphasizing the need to register to vote or voting in an election, increasing community awareness and participation in community activities, and gaining skills in order to become a citizen. Studies will be geared to the individual's abilities and interests.
