This customized course is designed for the first level employee. The course will focus on areas identified through needs assessment. The course will focus on Work based foundation skills as defined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The skill areas of this class will include: Applies Health as Safety concepts, Speaks clearly and concisely and works within organizational structure and culture. Lessons will be customized to the particular workplace setting. Materials used will be authentic workplace materials.
