This customized course is designed for the first level employee. The course will focus on areas identified through needs assessment. The course will focus on Work based foundation skills as defined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The skill areas of this class will include: Reads with Understanding, Listens with Understanding, and Demonstrates Effective Interpersonal Relations. Lessons will be customized to the particular workplace setting. Materials used will be authentic workplace materials.
