BAS751 — ABE
The ABE class is designed for students who are lacking in basic skills. In the reading component, word recognition, structural analysis, vocabulary, and main ideas are stressed The writing component includes sentence and paragraph structure and application of basic grammar rules. Computation and mathematical applications of whole number, fractions, and decimals are taught along with the use of the calculator. Basic geometric and algebraic concepts are incorporated into the curriculum. This is an open enrollment class and hours may vary.
