BSN401 — Divers Train 1st Respond & Mgt
This course was created for the City of Allentown in order to address the challenge of developing leadership skills among managers and supervisors who lead city workers in delivering services and enhancing the quality of experience residents have when they interface with City of Allentown employees to do business. The course will increase the awareness of the impact of diversity of typical daily situations encountered by City of Allentown employees. City employees will be equipped with a model for rethinking the plus/minus quotient of conducting business within a diverse city population to improve outcomes and reduce City employee stress levels.
