BSN404 — Balancing Our Work & Per Live

0.4 credits · 4 hours

The core of the workshop is centered around the Coping and Stress Profile, a self-report instrument that provides a detailed road map of participants' current stress challenges and shows them the direction they need to take to manage stress more effectively. The focus is on the interconnection and interplay of coping with stress in different areas of life: personal, work, couple and family. The profile will be administered, scored, and interpreted based upon each participant's own response. Who Should Participate: employees in transition, caregivers, shift workers, and individuals balancing dual roles.
