BSN407 — Apply Performance Leadership
This course has been designed for Kraft Foods, Allentown, production facilitators and department coordinators. The class is designed to build on the topics and concepts learned in the Performance Leadership Foundations course. The program is a higher-level program that focuses on specific tactics and methods for applying concepts learned in the Foundations course. The program will also involve 1 hour of ono-one-one training per participant during their normal workday to provide real-time feedback and suggestions, and in preparation for classroom training. Topics include: Applying Performance Leadership and Process Improvement; Strategic Planning; Methods and Tactics; Defining Superior Performance; Empowerment.
