BSN425 — Using Creativity & Innovation
This program is really about solving problems - both known and unknown. By utilizing a variety of skill sets to think and view problem situations, participants will learn ways to solve problems in a creative and innovative manner. During the two days, participants will learn what is creativity, the nature and logic associated with the creative process, and how to employee specific tools, techniques and methods to enhance the creative process. Participants are encouraged to bring real work issues into the class and to apply various creative techniques to solving their issues.
