Also, quality appears to be well institutionalized as a culture, but far too many firms are still relying on inspection as their primary quality assurance mode. We'll take a look at the quality assurance mode. We'll take a look at the quality movement and bring it up to date with ISO and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
