BSN532 — Securing Federal Contracts
Participants will learn how the Federal Government selects its contractors and awards its contracts, and how contractors manage and perform these contracts. The selection process will include the types of procurement documents (RFPs, IFBs, Proposals). Contractor performance will include contract admin issues/problems, delivery schedules, inspection/acceptance, shipments, payments, and closeout.
