A comprehensive customer service program specifically designed for GED/ESL students who need to develop specific skills enabling them to be competitive with native English speaking individuals seeking employment in a multitude of settings. Communication skills and customer service skills will be addressed through lectures, power point, role-playing and reinforcement through textbooks and handouts.
