Given today's business environment, "teams" are at the heart of nearly every company and organization. But, what exactly comprises a team? Who leads teams? And, what do management skills have to do with all of this? This program is specifically designed to provide attendees with an overview of each facet and look at the situational aspects of when each is the appropriate role to be engaged in.
