This interactive workshop will include interviewing and selection of employees, building a strong team, confronting conflict and change, creating a climate of trust, and managing the successful team. Who Should Participate: newly promoted or newly hired supervisors; human resources professionals; recruiters; department heads; companies interested in building higher levels of trust in their work culture. Organizations interested in sending a team are encouraged to send 3-5 individuals to ensure on-the-job application of skills and models taught.
