Supervisors face many challenges in today's workplace. Key decisions include whom to hire, whom to promote, and how to best assign responsibilities within the team. This interactive workshop will include interviewing and selection of employees, building a strong team, confronting conflict and change, creating a climate of trust, and managing the successful team. Who Should Participate: newly promoted or newly hired supervisors; human resources professionals; recruiters; department heads; companies interested in building higher levels of trust in their work culture. Organizations interested in sending a team are encouraged to send 3-5 individuals to ensure on-the-job application of skills and models taught.
