This workshop provides leaders with some of the most fundamental tools in the Human Resource toolbox. Participants will review common discrimination practices to avoid and introduce effective interviewing techniques. Topics such as succession planning, conflict resolution and confrontation, maximizing diversity, and employee evaluation will be highlighted.
