BSN735 — Conflict Resolution
This program will equip participants with techniques and approaches for resolving the conflicts that are part of everyday life-at home, on the job, and in the community. The goal is to focus on the issue, not the person. Participants will leave with real life skills that can be applied immediately to creating win-win solutions that satisfy all parties involved. Who should attend: parents, supervisors, managers, social service professionals. Section 13 will meet at the Whitehall Coplay High School, Whitehall, PA room C-116.
