BSN756 — Use FYI Competency Dev
Purpose Statement:The specific purpose of this course is to introduce the participants to the various uses of FYI in development. FYI is a rich resource for supervisors as they do both self and employee development. The course should address what FYI is, how it benefits the supervisor and how to use it. A brief introduction to Lominger competencies and competency development is necessary. Some activity or exercise is expected. Included should be a focus on employee development using the 70/20/10 rule (Lominger). (This course requires the course developer to be familiar with The Leadership Machine and For Your Improvement.)
