Prerequisite: Windows 95, 98, or NT, E-mail Account, Current Web Browser In any organization or industry, the supervisory role puts a great demand on an individual's communication skills. In this course, communication topics at the individual level, the group level, and the organizational level are surveyed and specific techniques to improve communication are taught. Speaking, writing, listening, and constructive feedback are addressed as well.
