BSN758 — Persevere & Deal w/ Ambiguity
Purpose Statement:The purpose of this training is to provide supervisors with an understanding that both of these competencies are necessary in their role. They need to make reasonable decisions and take prudent action in situations where there is ambiguity. Moving forward even when things aren't crystal clear is necessary in today's workforce. Sticking with a course of action and perservering is also necessary in the supervisor role. The material presented should include concepts, tools and guidance on both competencies. Work based scenarios related to each of these competencies could be presented and participants could use the FYI book to assess and find remedies for development. Participants would also be asked to identify one FYI remedy that would help most in their work.
