Prerequisite: Windows 95, 98, or NT, E-mail account, Current web browser We will look at various ways of understanding conflict and the ways in which it can be resolved to benefit both parties. Participants will leave with a new understanding of negotiating and an easy-to-understand model of conflict resolution and problem solving.
