BSN760 — Sup. Lessons Leader Healthcare
This program is designed to help healthcare supervisors to identify changes and challenges specific to healthcare and develop solutions to address identified needs. Participants will develop strategies to address issues faced in the healthcare enviroment-diversity, culture, language, horizontal and vertical violence and generational issues that will lead to improved work enviroments. Students will also learn the art of effective communication including: verbal communication, non-verbal communication, and effective listening.
