BSN761 — The Leader's Edge
This interactive course developed and presented by Anne Baum, President, Vision Accomplished, LLC, is designed to provide leaders with the tools necessary to inspire and effectively lead within their organizations. The Leadership Edge is comprised of modules focused on Five Critical elements that, when applied within an organization, develop and expand a leadership culture throughout the organization. This program is presented in six modules that are fully integrated with one another. Participants learn the characteristics of each of the leadership elements and participate in interactive discussions regarding the practical application of each concept.
