BSN768A — Leadership River Challenge
This one-day course is intended for department heads, managers, and leaders with experience in developing action plans in support of their organization's strategic plan. Participants will need prior experience managing resources budget, personnel, and equipment/facilities in a manager role with 2 or more direct reports.Small group and interactive exercises will draw heavily from the morning's experiences on the Lehigh River in dyads or teams of four. All participants will complete an online I-Opt (10-15min) prior to the workshop.
