Today, leaders are required to hire, train, and motivate a diverse work force. Participants will learn about the characteristics and sources of difficult behavior, effective techniques to prevent difficult behavior, and effective communication methods. At the same time, leaders must manage continual change, increase productivity, and ensure excellent customer services. Leaders must do all these activities while also managing their own time and responsibilities. Leadership styles will be analyzed and how they can be adapted to different workplace situations.
