This workshop provided the instruction and skill set needed for participants to be certified as facilitators. Topics covered: Birds eye view of design and why; How to order supplies; Protocol, Setup before the workshop; and size of teams. Participants received the basics of facilitation; Common situations that would be encountered and facilitation tips. All of the workshop modules were reviewed. Module teachbacks were conducted with coaching and feedback.
