BSN820 — Case Management
This interactive course will provide the participants from a specific agency with a basic understanding of case management practices. Consistency among agency employees in handling cases will be stressed. Discussion on case management will take place amont the agency's diverse staff of counselors, supervisors, and people who are not familiar with validated methods of case management.
