BSN978 — Beginning Gregg Shorthand
This course is designed for Agere Systems employees to assist employees in passing the in-house competency test. This 26 hour course is designed to teach the theory and practice of the Gregg system. As the system is being learned appropriate drills will be dictated. The pyramid method of dictation (example: dictation of material at speeds of 80, 90, and 100 when the goal is 80 words per minute) will be used to help students attain their dictation goal. Once 80 wpm has been attained, mail able transcription will begin.
