BSN998 — Praise, Criticism & Coaching
This workshop allows participants to define their roles as "coach" in relationship to leading others. Workshop will examine the coaching process and determine natural coaching styles as well as review the major pitfalls many leaders fall into. Participants will be challenged to think about their approach to discipline in the workplace and learn how to give ownership of performance issue back to the employee. Benefits of understanding individual motivators will also be addressed and differences between "satisfiers" and "motivators" will be reviewed.
