CAR275 — Teacher In Workplace
This grant funded program is designed to have existing educators become familiar with business and industry in the region. Participants will be selected by their districts to attend six days of programming related to employment in selected fields, particularly related to STEM related industry. Through exposure to these workplaces and participation in discussions with employers, educators will be asked to consider how they can integrate workplace skills into their teaching. Each participant will be required to develop lesson plans for use in their classroom which will be entered into the SAS system. Participants will be Awarded ACT 48 credits by their sending school districts.
