Understanding Challenging Behavior Through Observation & PlanningThis 3 Hour session will provide a deeper dive into challenging behavior inside the early childhood education classroom. Participants will analyze communication styles and their effects on behavior and learn prosocial strategies to support students when they are engaging in behaviors that are less than desirable. Utilizing video observations and reflective practice participants will envision a proactive classroom model to foster structure and positive interactions to attain a harmonious classroom environment.
