Using Conversations to Listen to Language and Speech and Time Samples to Look at Attention SpanIn this workshop students will practice observing child conversations at times when classroom language is at its most robust. Child interviews will be explored as a viable format to gather specific information a child's understanding of certain concepts. Students will practice strategies to measure a child's attention span through time samples facilitated in video observation.
