CAR403 — Career Assessment
This intensive four-week training porgram is used to aid SPOC clients in an assessment period to prepare clients for a transition to the next phases of their job search/ training. Instruction will be provided to assist SPOC clients to determine the most desirable next step in their employment search. "Choices" career exploration software will be utilized during the assessment period to assist SPOC clients in making informed decisions concerning their employment and career goals. The program content will also include self-awareness of abilities, interpersonal and workplace skills, and a hands-on work project presentation.
