CAR403B — Job Readiness / Job Search
This intensive two-week training program is used to aid SPOC clients in preparing for their job search/training. Job Readiness/Job Search will be provided to assist SPOC clients to determine and prepare for the most desirable next step in their employment/ training search. "Choices" career exploration software, will be utilized to assist SPOC clients in making informed decisions concerning their employment and career goals. The program content will also include self-awareness of abilities and setting interpersonal and workplace skills, and a daily job search component. TABE testing, SDS and Skills Inventory will be done for each client.
